1:1 Throughline Advisory
A complete, personal experience of the Radial framework including assessments, individual sessions, and coaching accessibility.
Over a series of one-on-one sessions, we’ll trace the continuous throughlines from your most formative experiences to the leader you are and the decisions you make today. You’ll leave with a clear, grounded account of how you lead and why, along with the self-knowledge to lead deliberately in future situations, leveraging strengths and mindful of situational liabilities. Along the way, we’ll design individualized experiments between sessions that build from new awareness in key situations through behavior change.

The Grove Experience
A small cohort retreat format providing a facilitated, comprehensive Radial framework experience layered with powerful group dialogue.
The Grove brings together a limited group of senior leaders for concentrated, uninterrupted engagement with the full Radial framework. Through structured guidance, self-reflection, and facilitated peer exchange, leaders get to examine what shaped them, what sustains them, and how they show up in consequential moments. Each participant leaves with a personal action plan with the added accountability of the group’s follow-up commitments to each other.
